Who is responsible

Dream Gate Immigration is the name used on this website. The full legal name and business address of the organisation responsible for your information must be added before this template is finalised.

For a privacy question or request, email support@dreamgateimmigration.com. Please keep your first message brief; we may need to check your identity before disclosing information.

Information we receive

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, preferred reply method, WhatsApp number if supplied, visa interest, message and confirmation that we may contact you. A WhatsApp number is required only when you choose a WhatsApp reply.

The website also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, request time and browser information. The enquiry system uses a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

Please do not send passports, bank statements, health information, criminal-record details or other sensitive documents through the enquiry form. If we agree to act for you, we will explain the additional information needed and how to provide it.

Why we use information

We use enquiry details to respond, arrange a consultation and take steps you request before any service agreement. The proposed lawful basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

We use limited technical records to prevent spam, protect the website and confirm message delivery. The proposed lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable enquiry service. These bases must be confirmed as part of the business review.

The contact checkbox records your chosen way to receive a reply; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing or use of sensitive information requires its own appropriate legal basis and explanation. This website does not make automated decisions about your eligibility or immigration outcome, and its enquiry handler does not use AI to summarise your message.

Telegram, replies and service providers

Submitting the form sends the enquiry details to our adviser’s Telegram inbox through a bot. Choosing Email changes how we reply; it does not stop Telegram being used to deliver the form internally. You can instead email us directly if you prefer not to use this form.

A delivery copy is held in the website database. Website hosting and security involve Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Replies use our email provider or WhatsApp according to your choice. Google Fonts also receives the network request needed to display the site’s fonts.

Telegram bot messages are cloud messages, not end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Please keep enquiries general. Each external provider has its own privacy terms; following a link to another website brings you under that website’s arrangements.

Information may also need to be disclosed to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), courts or other authorities where a legal or regulatory obligation applies. Personal case information should otherwise be shared only as necessary for an agreed service and with an appropriate basis.

Overseas processing

Hosting and messaging providers may process information outside the UK. The countries, provider contracts and applicable UK transfer safeguards for this service still need to be confirmed. This template does not claim that those checks have been completed. Contact us if you need more information before submitting an enquiry.

How long information is kept

The website delivery database removes enquiry records more than 30 days old when a subsequent valid enquiry triggers its cleanup. This is not a guaranteed deletion exactly on day 30, and it does not delete copies in Telegram, email or WhatsApp.

A separate retention and deletion schedule for enquiry correspondence, provider logs and backups must be confirmed before this template is finalised. Relevant factors include whether you become a client, an unresolved complaint and applicable record-keeping obligations.

For work subject to the IAA Code of Standards, client files must generally be retained for at least six years after the case closes. That requirement concerns client files, not every preliminary website enquiry. The client-care documents should explain the applicable retention arrangements.

Cookies and browser storage

The website’s own code uses local storage called dreamgate-motion to remember whether you have paused animation. It remains until you clear the site’s browser data. You can remove or block this storage in your browser settings; animation controls still work for the current page. Language is selected through the page address rather than a tracking cookie.

The site’s own code does not currently include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies or technical records. Provider-side cookie names and durations still need to be checked before the final notice is approved.

If optional tracking is introduced, the notice and any required choices must be updated before it is used.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct information, erase it, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, without affecting earlier lawful use. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us what you object to and why it relates to your situation. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry.

Send requests or privacy complaints to support@dreamgateimmigration.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. This template does not limit that right.

Updates to this policy

The date above identifies this template version. Material changes to the way information is handled should be explained in an updated notice. The English and Persian versions are intended to convey the same meaning; contact us about any unclear wording.
