Terms of service
A template for using this website and understanding how a consultation differs from an agreed paid service.
Template updated 24 September 2026
About these terms
These draft terms relate to the Dream Gate Immigration website. They are not a signed client-care agreement and do not by themselves appoint us to act for you. The full legal business name, service address and applicable regulatory details must be confirmed before these terms are adopted.
Questions about the website or a consultation can be sent to support@dreamgateimmigration.com.
Information on this website
Visa guides and checklists provide general public information. They do not assess your eligibility or replace advice based on your circumstances. Immigration rules, fees and processing times can change; check the linked official sources before acting.
Dream Gate is not the Home Office and cannot guarantee a visa, a processing time or an immigration decision. A decision is made by the relevant authority.
Free consultations and paid work
A free initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your plans and whether we can help. Submitting a form does not commit you to pay, and a delivery confirmation is not confirmation that your case has been accepted or that a deadline is being monitored.
Personalised advice, document assessment and application assistance are paid services when agreed. Before work begins, a separate client-care agreement should identify the service provider, adviser, scope, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, third-party costs and complaints process. Work should begin only once the relevant terms and instructions are agreed.
Government fees, health surcharges, translation costs and other third-party charges should be identified separately from professional fees. This website does not take payment or set a fixed price for your case.
Cancellation and refunds
The client-care agreement must explain cancellation and refund rights before you commit to a paid service. Consumer service contracts agreed online, by phone or away from business premises generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the day after the contract is made, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.
Starting work during that period requires the appropriate express request. A lawful proportionate charge may apply for work already supplied if you then cancel. Losing the cancellation right after full performance requires the required prior request and acknowledgement. Merely submitting this enquiry form does not waive any cancellation right.
Nothing in these draft terms removes your statutory consumer rights. No blanket non-refundable fee or automatic cancellation charge is created by this page.
Your information and instructions
Please provide accurate contact details and tell us about relevant dates when requesting a consultation. Do not submit false information or documents belonging to another person without authority. Keep your first enquiry general and wait for instructions before sending sensitive documents.
Do not rely on an unanswered enquiry to protect an application deadline. If a deadline is approaching, make sure a suitable adviser has expressly accepted the work in time.
IAA standards and confidentiality
The Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) regulates immigration advice in the UK. Its Code of Standards covers matters including competence, confidentiality, written client-care terms, fees, records and complaints. Registration and the scope of any regulated service must be confirmed; this template is not evidence of authorisation.
For services governed by the Code, client affairs must be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or the Code, or the client gives explicit authorisation. The separate privacy policy explains the website enquiry system. The final business terms must include the verified regulatory disclosures required for the service.
Concerns and complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@dreamgateimmigration.com with a brief description of the issue and your preferred reply method. Please do not include sensitive documents initially. Ask for the written complaints procedure and an explanation of the next steps.
The business must confirm the person responsible for complaints, acknowledgement and response times, and review arrangements before this template is adopted. Raising a complaint should not incur a fee.
You may contact the IAA about immigration advice at any time; you do not have to finish an internal complaints process first. The IAA decides whether a complaint falls within its remit. Check its current guidance on time limits and how to complain. Data protection concerns can instead be raised with the ICO.
Using the website
You may read and share links to our public guides. Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or present our branding or content as your own. Third-party and government material remains subject to its own licence or terms.
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but content or access may change. External links are provided for convenience; their providers control their content and privacy arrangements.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits statutory consumer rights. Any lawful limits applying to paid services belong in the separate agreed service terms.
Language and future updates
English and Persian versions are provided to make these terms accessible and are intended to have the same meaning. Please ask us to clarify any difference before agreeing to a service. No automatic language-priority rule or exclusive court clause is imposed by this template.
The final version must be reviewed against the business’s actual arrangements and applicable law. Future website updates do not automatically change an existing client-care agreement.
